can someone help me remove dog barking and a car racing up the street

i filmed a great interview and during filming in the summer the owner of house opened windows it was only at edit time i heard the dog and car. it would be good to tone down or remove them i tried dimming the frequency of dog in graphic

guys after 8 hours of attempts i decided to give up i could hear the damn dog in the background on all attempts but i then got frustrated and did a mad search and found this website with online file upload ..no

folks thanks for all input i really feel stressed at thought of it all i may end up living with the dogs...just going to try your suggestions first before i give up thanks again brian

Thanks guys i tried a few of the suggestions and even downloaded magix test versions of audio manipulators i now have a video i can watch with no cars or dogs...this is a great forum thanks for your time and education Brian

This has been one weird edit.. First i had dogs and cars to eliminate Then i mixed two videos for forst time..and only used one audio source..did not like that..so remade it with its own audio with the clip...did a multi cut and paste..then on
