  @Timothy-Fisher Hi According to this OVH support page on FTP settings, from section 1 of the support page the password is only the password you set up as the account user, assuming you did not create a specific username for FTP ? John EBForum

  @browj2 Hi John Their terminology can be confusing, AFAICS looking through their 'Control panels, they do not contain or give any form of comprehensive manual control such as a C-Panel or PLESK ocntrol panels available on other hosting providers. .

  Thank you. I thought I had made some progress. I used the 'publish website' function within Webdesigner and the site appeared to upload (having used my FTP password correctly from previous comments), however, nothing has appeared at the destination
