@Fhatuwani-Netshifhefhe For example, the global MIDI device is used for playing back MIDI files selected in the file explorer. Usually the standard Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth should be fine for this.

Yes. as @SP. stated, the Magix Low Latency driver can exhibit the symptoms globally, even when Sound Forge is not active. SF Pro does not have this issue. It is specific to SF Audio Studio.

@Fhatuwani-Netshifhefhe Does the instrument require a certain channel? You need to the correct one of the available 16 channels. Also, you might want to change the global output device to something else than your keyboard.
