selling tracks and copyright

am i allowed to sell tracks that i put together and do i own the copyright of any track i put together , i would have thought i could do what i want with it seeing as ive paid for the musicmaker and soundpool , otherwise its a waste of time and money ,can anybody give me an answer ,yes or no , thanks ,

Anything can be challenged as far as copyright is concerned - Coldplay were recently accused of stealing someone elses  material. My advice would be if your living depends on the tracks you create get legal advice. Or better still, create your own stuff from scratch then its yours .... but you can still be challenged if your material is similar to someone elses if the stakes are high enough.
