the file format cannot be read

Your question refers to… Music Maker

I have music maker 16. On some of the sound clips that come with the program I get this message. (The file format cannot be read by MAGIX Music maker. I would appreciate any help.

I am having this problem also.  Sorry no answer but wanted you to know you are not the only one having the problem.  I hope we both get and answer.
