use section and zoom, the image shakes at edges - how tostop this

When I use section and Zoom for images, the edges of the image vibrate or shake within the show - how do I stop this?

I need to zoom a video shot in because the is someone standing off in the corner that I do not want in the picture.  How do I do it ?
