Error code 24 is caused by:

1. Re-installing the product that was registered to an old email address, you can use the old email address and password to activate it.
    
2. A typing error in the email address you are entering
    
3. Installing the product which has been previously used by another person and they have not asked Magix to remove it from their account.

エラーコード24の原因は次のとおりです。

1. 古いメールアドレスに登録されていた製品を再インストールすると、古いメールアドレスとパスワードを使用してアクティベートできます。
    
2. 入力しているメールアドレスの入力エラー
    
3. 以前に他の人が使用した製品をインストールし、Magixに削除を依頼していません。
