Movie edit pro plus. Version: 17.0.3.183

Computer: Asus Q534UXK

Processor: Intel core i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90GHz

GeForce gtx 950m

Windows 10.

Having issues with my dji Mavic pro 2 video. I can edit the video and see it just fine. Add music and animations to it and credits. Then when I go to download (mixing down) and it is complete. The dji video is black but the music, animations and credits are still all there. I shoot in 4k 24fps and downloading in the same format. Any ideas?

Hi.

Your complete pc spec is here but you don't say how much ram you have.

Your DJI Mavic Pro specs are here.

Which version of MEP and build are you running? Operating system and build version please?

Can you also supply a timeline screenshot of your timeline in the editor please? Perhaps a few where the images go missing, showing all tracks in use please and where the DJI clip is.

Ray.

Hi and welcome to the forum

. . . . Then when I go to download (mixing down) and it is complete. The dji video is black but the music, animations and credits are still all there . . . .

I assume you mean exporting as a video file, not download or mixing down.

Which export preset are you selecting?

In the Program settings, Import/Export tab is there a dropdown menu in the indicated area, see image below, and if so what does it say

A MediaInfo analysis of a Mavic clip may also help - post the results form the Text view in MediaInfo.
