Hi, i purchased Magix Rescue Your Video Tapes, but the disc is blank? where can i download the software please?! this cost me alot of money :(

my dvd is blank with magix all over it, rescue your video tapes. i have tried the disc in two other computers and same result, the disc is blank! where can i download this? the store said i must contact magix, but when i try i have to register my product to email, but the disc is blank so i cant register in order to get email support on this, iam very unhappy :(

Check out with your local trading standards people or the FTC website what your rights are. 

If you paid by credit card then you may have comeback on the card company, if you get no satisfaction from the retailer.
