I installed Sound F 14 that comes w Magix Movie studio 17.
when I try to use ozone 9 elements, it ask to authorize the product, which requires iZotope code.
I contacted iZotop and they say I have to contact Magix Help.
any help is appreciated.

Since these are user to user forums and not a contact for any Magix staff, no-one here can really help you, sorry.
However, when you purchased the software bundle, did you check carefully the whole of the email you would have received for the serial key for Ozone Elements? It certainly should have been included.
If it isn't there you need to email infoservice@magix.net and ask for it to be sent to you.

Sorry to say, Ozone may not be included, based on the Vegas Pro package which includes Sound Forge Pro, third-party audio plug-ins are not included.
As Jeff stated, you will need to contact Magix for a definitive answer
