Transfer via data cable should be your preferred way to about this. Check your cell phone's documentation for information on how to transfer and assign a new ringtone. While you're at it, make sure that the ringtone you created in the program complies with the specifications of your cell phone (audio format/codec, max file size, max duration). Your cell phone doesn't have to be in the preset list as long as you make sure to create the correct ringtone format and transfer it to the phone properly.
