A user on the audio forum mentioned that you can get RX 7 Elements for free with any purchase till the end of August at Plugin Boutique. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, then the cheapest plugin at PB probably is Audified Sphene LE for around $2. RX 7 Elements comes with Magix Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab, but if you get this one, the tools work across the board, including in VPX and MEP Plus/Premium (64 bit version of plugins - De-click, De-Clip, De-Hum, Voice De-Noise) and Music Maker. It also comes with the standalone RX 7 Audio Editor and 32 bit plugins.

Just one thing, in VPX/MEPP, these can only be applied at the track level and would be better used in the external audio editor, Music Editor 3 (32 bit) or another one like Sound Forge Audio Studio, Sound Forge Pro, etc., to be applied to single objects as part of a cleaning process. VPX/MEP do not have VST plugin capability at the object level.
