acid pro 10 suite and MP3's

Purchased Acid Pro 10 Suite and it SAID that you can import MP3's but, for some reason, I am not able to... not sure if you're not able to use MP3's or if there is a fix for this... I have been using Acid for several years now and even all the MP3's I had made years ago won't import...

Hello,

please check if the file "mp3plug2.dll" exists in your Acid Installation, on my system it is at

C:\Program Files\ACID\ACID Pro 10.0\FileIO Plug-Ins\mp3plug2\mp3plug2.dll

If it is present, try to delete the FFCache2_x64...ini at

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\ACID Pro\10.0\FFCache*.ini

this should fix the issue!

I'm using Windows 11

- YES it has the mp3plug2.dll present

but

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\ACID Pro\10.0\FFCache*.ini

On this computer there is no

AppData\Local\ACID Pro\10.0\FFCache*.ini

I can get to USERNAME but after that I see something different

OK FIXED :)

This is what happend?

I brought this new laptop running windows 10 - brought acid pro 10 -- cool

Then I upgraded to windows 11 - couldn't preview mp3s

So today

I uninstalled acid pro 10 fully with zips and all

reinstalled

problem fixed
