Here is the background:
I purchased VDL 2025 Premium on May 19, 2025, and installed it on PC “A” (Windows 11) — it worked perfectly.
Later, I purchased VDL 2026 Premium on September 8, 2025, also installed on PC “A” (Windows 11) — it worked perfectly as well.
Recently, PC “A” developed hardware problems, so I bought a new PC “B” and installed VDL 2026 Premium on it.
However, on PC “B”, I am unable to import MP4 videos properly.
The audio plays, but the video image does not appear.
Despite this, it is still possible to export MP4 files that can be played correctly in VLC, for example.
I have noticed that this issue is frequently mentioned on user forums, but I have not found any working solution so far.
Could you please help me resolve this problem?
