Second copy of my software / Deuxième copie de mon logiciel

Bonjour, j'ai Vidéo deluxe 2022 version 21.0.1.92 sur mon bureau win 10 pro, depuis plusieurs années, et j'ai même toujours payé pour les services de mise à jour, mais je n'ai jamais vraiment eu le temps de l'apprendre.

Maintenant, je vais dans un autre pays pour me faire opérer, je serai là-bas pendant un mois et j'ai pensé que ce serait le bon moment pour l'apprendre.

J'avais une ancienne copie sur mon ordinateur portable mais je ne l'ai jamais utilisé non plus, win 10 pro.

J'ai essayé de l'activer à des fins d'apprentissage, mais j'ai été rejeté car il indique que la copie a déjà été activée.

Donc à part l'achat d'un deuxième exemplaire, ce que vous aimeriez, mais que je ne ferai jamais, y a-t-il un moyen pour moi de résoudre ce problème ?

Now i am going in another country to get a surgery, i will be there for a month, and i thought it would be the good time to learn it.

I had an older copy on my laptop but never used it either win 10 pro too.

I tried to activate it for learning purposes, but i got rejected because it says that the copy has already been activated.

So Apart form buying a second copy which you would like, but i will never do, is there a way for me to solve this problem?

Hi,

Go into your account on Magix.com, My Products, and you'll see that VDL has probably been activated on two devices. Deactivate the oldest one or both. Now you should be able to activate on the other computer. If you removed both activations, you will be asked to activate the next time that you open VLD on the first computer.

i didn't go to the end of the process now, but i already deactivated the older one, so i guess that your solution is the good one. Thank you so much.

However, i do not know if i need to deinstall the old version on my laptop, or if i can simply reinstall over the old one, and then activate the new version.

Je ne suis pas allé à la fin du processus maintenant, mais j'ai déjà désactivé l'ancien, donc je suppose que votre solution est la bonne.

Cependant, je ne sais pas si je dois désinstaller l'ancienne version sur mon ordinateur portable, ou si je peux simplement réinstaller sur l'ancienne, puis activer la nouvelle version.

Puisque vous avez Vdl 2022, vous avez droit à 2 installations actives simultanément. Vous pouvez installer la nouvelle version sans désinstaller l'ancienne. Elle s'installera simplement à la place.
