Using ReWire with Acid Pro 9 as the slave to Cubase 8.5

I'm having a heck of a time locking Acid Pro 9 to the Cubase 8.5 as the slave via ReWire. I've read the documentation and checked the forums at Steinberg but just not having any luck. Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks!

same problem here 2 no working rewire slave, still not fixed....they dont wont to fix it problem since update and magix take over..in a way still useless..
