Destination Country 494 is an experimental secret scientific area where people of various ages are sent who have lost their minds for various reasons.

The subjects are subjected to cycles of radiant treatments with a light source called "Bright Power" (light power) obtained from minerals extracted from meteorites that have fallen on the planet.
