Good morning, I have de-installed the Application Movie Studio 2023 Platinum because I constantly got this error message:

0x00007FF8C883A171B (Exception 0xc0000005 ''ACCESS_VIOLATION'')
I completely reinstalled Movie Studio 2023 Platinum ans I still get this error message.
I am running Windows 10 Family - Version 22H2
Could someone get back to me with an explanation or a process on how to resolve this error.
