i cannot upgrade my Magix Video pro X serial number P3-71871-06629-87075-09328-12287-20995 to 19.0.2.155

i have also a problem with MERCALLI V5 who is installed on the soff but not activate.

i want downgrade with MERCALLI V4 who was installed. I can activate because i have activation codes.

Please help me I need these soft to work.
