hi,

Keep same codec whith the same size, and same bitrate.

Or you can export whith DV format, whith no conpression. It will be lossless but it will create a very big file.

Hi,

If you use 1280 x 720 p that we call light HD format probably your original was 1920 x 1080 size, light HD is somewhat called Internet format use the same size and same codec probably is H.264 same bit rate. if you change the codec or changing the bit rate using may be 2000 and the original was 6000 you cut the quality.

MP4 is the best with H.264 codec.

Thanks Zindozs and Yvon Robert for reply ;-)) My original is 1280*720 size ;-)) no change.

I tried several options, the first export was in mp4 format with the same configuration 1280 × 720 60fps HD but not good quality output. So I tried. AVI but the output file 10GB size lolll.  too heavy. So I tried the  by clicking on the top right of the window "export" and i chose HD1 1280 x 720 mpeg 4, the result is not too bad but still loses  quality.

what would you do guys to lose the minimum quality?

use a higher birate than the original and keep the same others parameters than the original.
