2026 trial download

Hello.
I am trying to download Music Maker 2026 trial and I get a blank error message:

These are the specs of my computer:

Edition   Windows 11 Pro
Version   24H2
Installed on   ‎7/‎27/‎2025
OS build   26100.4770
Processor   12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12600K (3.70 GHz)
Installed RAM   32.0 GB
Free Disk Space 787 GB

What I tried:
a) Disabling Antivirus AND Firewall
b) Run the exe as administrator
c) Move the exe to a different location

Is there any direct link to the installer itself to avoid the download manager? Thank you in advance!

@kostas it's not really clear to me, what is the cause of the problem here. In this thread, it was solved by enabling TLS protocols in the Internet options and the disabling the warnings if a connection is redirected: https://www.magix.info/us/forum/new-installation-fails-to-begin-sound-forge-pro-17--1337786/

You can try to ask customer support at infoservice@magix.net for a direct download link of the installer.

Thank you very much for the answer. None of the solutions worked for me... Contacting customer support right now..
