3D title effects problem

I use Movie edit pro 15 plus with a vista home edition.presently i cannot use the title 3D effects.When ever i clicked on the 3D box a message comes up reading data file connot be read.has anyone got an idea how to fix the problem?

Have you tried reinstalling the software?

Hi there,

if you go for a reinstall, make sure you do a clean deinstall via add or remove program. Then restart your computer in Windows Safe Mode, disconnect from internet and turn ALL security software completely OFF. Now install as administrator.

Security software sometimes prevents 3D from working properly, so following the above should get it working. Remember to check for updates too, and always run the program via right click on the icon and choose as administrator.
