Can't import Flip videos (mp4) to Move Edit Pro 15

I'm having a hard time importing my Flip videos into my Movie Edit Pro 15. The videso are in .mp4 files, so I don't know why it's not working.

I am having the same problem. The files play great in Flip, and windows media player.

It just says they can't be exported into Magix. I bought the activation for mpeg 4 and it still won't let me export (or import) the flip files into it. Is there a version of MEP that is updated to open, read and allow editing mp4 videos?
