I have bought and used movie maker 2023 on my old computer. I have a new computer but i can't create a activation code to activate software on new laptop. It give me error:
Which means:
"Error durning activation
Activation wasn't successfull, please try later"
And i have this error code since yesterday.

First, can we clarify exactly which Magix product you own? There is no such product as Movie Maker by Magix, so I'm guessing you actually have Movie Edit Pro 2023, is that correct?
Second, you mention an activation code. Do you mean a serial key? It should start with P3 (please do NOT publish it in this forum!) If it does not you need to get the correct serial key by going to your Magix account, logging in and going to My products. Find the listing for your software, download the installer if you need it and make a note of the serial key. At the same time, check under Show more details for how many activations are currently registered in your account. Deactivate any and all you no longer need.
Log out of your Magix account, wait a few minutes and then try again to activate your software.
If this still does not work, please post back and we will try to offer further advice.

Im sorry for the confusing, I was using Movie Studio 2023.
i do have a serial key, but after installing software on my computer it requires an activation code. I'm trying to generate it from my magix account but i doesn't work.
I have deactivated my old device but it still give me an error.

If you have a Serial Key (and are entering it with your registered email address on the initial "registration" screen when you open the app) you do not need an Activation Key! OR, are you referring to one or more-add-ons that were present in the original installation?
If it is the latter, and you have been able to successfully register and activate the new installation, check under the Effects tab whether these are showing as available to download. Having previously downloaded/used/activated them they should be showing on that tab for you.
