downloaded video

After downloading movie from my new Canon HG21, Movie Magix 11 pro wont read the file. What should I do. I had a Sony HG before and had no problem.

Hi there,

That's an AVCHD camera. Definitely not featured in Movie Edit Pro 11. You might want to have a look at Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus.
