DVD won't load on player

I have two DVD players and burned discs won't load on one of them. Error message is "playback prohibited by area limitations". The player doesn't have any setup configurations that will allow the disc to load. What settings should I look at in MEP 17?

You might need to make sure your DVD players can play "Region 0"... information on DVD Region

Also, does your computer playback the DVD you burned?

One of the first mistakes I ever made burning a DVD was to burn it in a PAL format standard versus a NTSC format.

NTSC is the National Television System Committee and is the standard which is used in North America. PAL is the European standard, so you want to make sure when you burn a disc, it is in the right standard.

To me, it sounds like a region limitation.
