I made an education purchase about 4 days ago and I'm still waiting for verification. I have reached out to Magix 4 different times in various ways and have got no help. Has anyone else had this issue. I simply want to get what I paid for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

Whether anyone else who posts here is an "educational" user is doubtful, I think so I wonder whether you will receive useful advice, sorry.
You say you have reached out to Magix 4 different times but did that include emailing infoservice@magix.net with full details of your purchase? If so, and still no reply I can only suggest sending another email to that address and trying again!
