Error 24

After downloading the software this afternoon I cannot get passed ERROR 24 this is driving me mad saying that my brand new to me software as been used by another email account HELP What should I do ?

Hi,

Are you using the same email address as your account with Magix or the one with which you registered the software? Your email address is your username with Magix.

You can check in your account on Magix.com to see if the program is registered there.

Also, make extra sure that you are putting in the serial number correctly and for the correct program/version.
