Error Code: -14

Up until monday of last week Vegas pro 22 was working absolutely fine. Now it wants me to activate my software on boot up, but then gives me an error code. I have now tried to update to Vegas Pro 23, and still the same thing. I have emailed, but getting no help or support. This is stopping me from working!! Please help.

Next, Error -14 means you enter a valid serial number into the wrong software. Try entering the serial number here, this will give you a download link to the correct software: https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/

As far as I know, the Error -14 problem can also be caused by antivirus software.
