Error Code-14 while finishing install

Hi, I'm not able to complete my product download process because it is saying I am not using the correct serial # but I am copy & pasting the exact # sent in the confirmation email. It says...The serial number you entered is invalid or may apply to another product...Error Code -14 The product is...VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum and I'm on Microsoft Windows 10. Thank you
