error code 1603 following my last post

I have Movie Edit pro Plus brought in November 2018. have now got a response from Magix saying this program is not compatable with win 10..Your "Fixing problems with Magix after a upgrade to Win10 did not work" sorry did not work. Anybody have another solution other than buying a new Win10 program.My computer was brand new a month ago and first program to be installed was Magix Edit pro Plus.. Any help appreciated.
