Error code -24

Bought it new in retail this wednesday and used the serial to download the program. But when I try to start it im getting error code-24.

From where did you purchase the software?

Was it a brand new sealed box, or a voucher to be redeemed and the software downloaded from Magix?

From "Clas Ohlson". A store in Sweden. It was brand new sealed box.

I would suggest you contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net - include details of the purchase, if you have the invoice/purchase receipt include a copy of it
