WHEN STARTING MM, I GET SCATTERED PROGRAM(MM WINDOWS10) PANELS, WITH NO 'TOP' MAIN MENU(FILE, Etc, ETC), have UNINSTALLED & REINSTALLED several times, into my WINDOWS 10 and i STILL get SCATTERED PROGRAM SCREENS! HELP!
Exactly which version and variant of MM do you have?
@Graham-Hawker has given you the correct method to restore your work screen but PLEASE DO NOT POST WHOLLY OR MAINLY IN CAPITAL LETTERS! It is considered to be the forum equivalent of SHOUTING and may mean other users, who have advice or assistance to offer, are dissuaded from doing so.
@joseph-paz The serial number is not needed. This is a public forum and publishing confidential data isn't allowed here. But it looks like you use a version from 2016 or 2017. Have you already tried to press F4 on your keyboard to reset the layout back to its standard like @Graham-Hawker suggested?
You can also reset your user settings by deleting the MusicMaker.ini file. It should be in the folder C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\mmYZ (YZ is your version number).

As to the problem of not having received the CDs you ordered, unfortunately you have no alternative but to continue to wait for a full reply from Magix staff, sorry. Have you tried replying to the acknowledgement emails you received, which include a ticket number, and reminding them you still need a resolution to this issue.
