grouping text and images

How can I display an image plus a title of the image together, so that they appear on my website as one, rather than the title text appearing, then the image behind it.

Hi,

at the moment it's not possible to include images with title (name of the image). You can only add the titles by hand

When I burn a DVD the text doesn't show up on my images. What can I do to fix this.
