Is there anything like ''guide lines'', so i can see if my titles are exactly in the middle of the screen?

If you are still using MEP 2017 - the quick method is to select Effects, View animation, Size and position, Centre option
If you have upgraded to Video Deluxe then it has a similar new style option for quick positioning, it looks like this

If using the newer versions, use the centering buttons to centre either vertically or horizontally:
I've made a up a grid which you can place under any video or title track to help with positioning. Lower it's video level/opacity using the centre handle on the grid image:
This one's for a 16:9 layout. You can squash it if you're on another-ratio screen.
