hOW CAN i FIX THE SYNC PROBLEMS IN mep 15+ CAUSED BY mep 17+HD?

I was using MEP 15+ and it was working great. I purchased MEP 17+hd and installed it. I immediately encountered sync problems when trying to encode or burn a video. I contacted you about this problem. I need a NLE as I am in the middle of a major project. I went back to using MEP 15+ but that too has sync problems caussed by 17+hd. I uninstalled 17+hd but the problems still exist!!!!

Is it possible to correct the problems with 15+. If not I will have to give up on Magix products and find a new NLE as I am pressed for time and my patience with these products are running out.

Please help!!!

Would a re installation of 15 + resolve the issue?

I had similar problems with a/v sync when exporting to DVD. Problem became noticable after the first 10 minutes of a project then got progressively worse. You may want to try downloading MEP 17 build 10.0.9.4. I did so last week and it fixed my DVD exports.

I see there is a patch(s) for the Movie Edit Pro

Perhaps those fix the sync issues you are having.
