I am using Windows Vista Duel Core Pentium.

I have Video Delux 2013 Plus With Movie Edit Pro 2013 Plus. I have been transfering VHS to DVD but the program stoped working. I reinstalled and got mpeg2 and mpeg 4 codes but it will not record. It showes on the screen but it keeps telling me that the save to location is empty. Is there a setting problem. Its set for NTSC 4:3, I have tried all settings on Record Quality and Configuration. Still no luck. Is there a way to reset to everything as when I bought it? What else can I do. It worked perfect when I bought it.
