How can I retrieve my activation code after loss of my harddrive

I had to replace a defect hard drive in my computer and lost all data.
After newly installing of my Audio Clean Lab/10. I wanted to use the Media Manager 2004, but now i miss my activation code for the platnum setup. How can i get it back?
