I assume you are using your own music, not a track created be the Magix 'SlideShow maker' wizard, I think you have to do it by hand.

 

I'd first do a right click on the audio track and choose 'Create wave form' if it is not already visible. This should make it easier to pick the beat points than listening and re-listening. If you have created a transition by overlapping two objects you can move the transition, rather than either of the object edges, if you carefully watch for the pair of vertical lines cursor [eg ||], rather than the hands.

 

A couple of considerations: Music 'beats' are near instantaneous while most video transition (other than jump cuts) need to go on for a finite time eg a second. My pro editing friend says we see faster than we hear so the transition should be edited in a bit before the beat for them to appear to be at the same time. You'll just have to experiment.
