How do you turn on the waveforms in sound track in MEP14?

I am using MEP14 having upgraded form earlier versions. I have a sound track where some object have lost the envelope of the sound intensity in the Timeline view and I can't remember how I got this display in the first place.I've looked througfhj all the commands and can't find it. Initially I remember the program scanned through eacjh sound object to define it. Earlier program versions did it by default.

I am sure it must be something trivial, can anyone help please?

When you right-click in the soundtrack, I guess you get the choise Create wave form ? Is this what you look for ?
