How to take stills from video

I often would like to finish off a project with a selection of stills from that project, as a slideshow, but have been unable to find how to 'lift' stills from video. Can I do that? If so, how please? I'm using Movie Edit Pro 16.

Hi,

1) Select the image you need as a still photo.

2) Export using File Export a frame as a bmp or jpg file.

3) Use the picture where you need it as a full frame or on and upper track like a title you can combine stiill and title.
