I am using a gopro HD and for some reason when i downlaod on to software it will not playback at normal speed it will stop and stop and stop

You will really need to list your computer specifications. This camera is shooting HD footage and when previewing and editing the video you actually need a pretty good computer spec to do it smoothly. This is because our software is one of the few editing programs that allows native HD editing.

Normally we recommend a good Quadcore processor, standalone Video Card (with at least 512MB of on-board RAM) and 4GB of RAM for HD editing.

If your computer spec is within this, then it may be best to contact support directly and send in some test footage so we can see if there is a problem with the material.
