I cannot MAGIX TTS services.

To use the TTS text-to-speech conversion feature, I purchased the AI Speech to Text Refill 150 by redeeming a voucher.

When I open Text to Speech from the hub, it shows the message: 'A valid subscription or product with a hub quota is required to use MAGIX TTS services.' and I cannot use it. What should I do? Movie Studio 2026 PLATINUM Windows10 Pro 22H2

Did you do this from within Video Deluxe 2026 - formerly Magix Movie Studio?

If not how and where did you redeem the voucher, and did you use the same email address VDL is registered with?
