Thank you for your help.Firstly i dont have a internet connection at home I wanted to register the mpg code. but dit not recieve the service senter web address. throug MAGIX (ON MY DAUGTHERS COMPUTER) Thats why i asked the question. I have sins entered my computer ID code and have recieved the mpg code. After i recieved the service senter address. Thank you for your prompt respons.

First - welcome to the forum.
Your question is very unclear - please be more specific when posting see this post
Which is the problem:-
You cannot register MEP2013 ?
or
You cannot register the mpg codec ?
The first you should have been asked to do after installation.
The second - when you drag a video or audio file requiring a codec you should be prompted to activate it - if so follow the prompts - as you have the plus version you may have to pay for some codecs.
Alternatively under the Help menu you will find an option to register etc as shown in this image
