I get encoding errors sometimes

I have determined a particular avi file can't be decoded. It plays fine in Magix movie edit pro 17 plus in edit mode and it plays fine using microsoft windows media player. Another avi file made the same way works fine.

Magix will try to deny it but MEP17 has encoder problems that MEP16 didn't. I have had so many errors with 17 that I have scrapped it and returned to 16. Too bad I can't get a refund!

I should also mention that the avi file works fine in magix 12.
