Hi

If you are already getting the video onto the timeline then the mp4 codec must already be activated - if it wasn't MEP would ask you to activate, depending on which version of MEP17HD you have you may have to purchase the codec.

Make sure you have this check box checked

I have MEP 17 Plus HD. When I first loaded the mp4 in question, I was advised I needed to activate something for the first time. From memory it was AAC. I see the video timeline but there is no soundwave in the sound timeline. I can convert the file to an avi and get sound just fine so I think the issue is with MEP and MP4.

Is there a way to see what MEP has activated?

PS - I checked the setting and it was already checked.
