I have Movie edit Pro 16 Plus and cannot get it to install on my pc with win 7! Help!!

As the CD loads the software front page, click on the Magix edit Pro 16, a small caption says it is preparing to load but stays for hours!!

I did succeed in an installation but when I clicked the icon it started to load, then froze, used task manager to shut the software down and then it would open up!? (asked to close but it opens!?)

So I uninstalled to reset up and here I am as per the fist paragragh.

Please Help!!

I would recommend to try using compability mode, although it is not really needed for this version, it may help :
