Hello,
I need to get a refund processed, but Magix support keeps bouncing it with an irritating AI response, asking for non-related system information:Where, and how can I contact Magix support for this refund? Magix support level is severely declined!!

@peter1968 I suggest you contact infoservice@magix.net or shop@magix.net and if this doesn't help contact the parent company at office@rmep.li or office@rmep.com.
