we are users, not Magix. I use MEP Plus too. Well, I did not find any bug yet. What is the problem can we ehlp maybe?

 

Sometimes it is a question of handling. What kind of Win system do you use?

Customer service will give you a free downgrade for MEP16 from MEP17.  

 

I am having a problem I can't work around on MEP17: Audio sync on AVCHD HI Def sources, the sync is not drifting but is out of sync by 25 seconds from the very first frame in the editor (not in an exported file).  I refuse to manually sync every clip.  Seems to work on MEP16.  The user forum would seem to say that this is the major problem on MEP17.

 

Before that, I've had sync problems on MEP15, MEP16, and MEP17 on standard definition sources, but building a frame table fixed that.

I again contacted Magix and they sent me some instructions to follow to help them find the cause of the audio/video out-of-sync problem. After sending them what they requested, they informed me that they know what the problem is and they expect to have it fixed in a later update.
