I have the same problem but it comes up with an error message when trying to activate, I notice some other people have had this problem as well.
 

Hey, im guessing this is movie edit pro 16 ? On the toolbar at the top go to "Tasks" >> "Activate additional functions" >> "codec activation" .. it`ll take you through to the website and magix instructions will follow.... I hope that helped a little :) xx
